A locally owned company in North Central Tucson is seeking a self-motivated, organized IT Support/Administrative person. The position is mainly IT support which will be approximately 70% of the workload but will also include Administrative Assistant work and Data Entry. Applicants should be knowledgeable about network management and IT support. Must be energetic, able to multi-task, and able to self-manage tasks in a timely manner. Our office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday, no weekends, no major holidays, and occasional Saturday when upgrades are being performed to the system.

Responsibilities Include:

· Software support for Windows

· Microsoft Office 365

· DoorKing gate management software

· Clerical and Administrative responsibilities as required

· Employee training (New Employees & current employees)

· VOIP/Cloud phone system

· Data Imports & Special projects as assigned by management

· Network and Server maintenance

· Data Input and Administrative Assistance duties

Candidates Requirements:

· 2 years of technical support environment preferred

· Solid Computer skills, e.g. Excel, Word, Publisher, Office 365

· Networking experience a plus

· Knowledge of cellular products a plus

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Desktop printers and copier experience a plus

· Ability to prioritize tasks with a high attention to details

· Must work well with others and have patience with the “Technically Challenged”
