Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing activity that is logged and tracked in Salesforce (CRM)
• Marketing to a large base of qualified prospects through personalized videos, phone calls, and virtual meetings
• Demonstrate Xerox equipment advantages
• Sharing website content and making short videos to email our messages to customers
• Delivering an established number of Xerox proposals to clients on a monthly basis
• Confidently utilizing the full Microsoft Suite ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing after-sales support
• Maintain set monthly sales budget

​Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Some college preferred but not required
• Excellent work ethic and enthusiastic attitude
• Time management skills
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
• Active listening skills and probing abilities to effectively qualify customer needs and understand their requirements
• Ability to sell and promote document solutions equipment and services
• Prompt response time to needs and concerns of customers and fellow employees
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make cold calls, attend live virtual calls and be comfortable on camera to make one-to-one videos to send to your customers.
