Account Manager IT

Our steadily growing Managed Service Provider business is seeking an experienced, energetic, and skilled Account Manager IT. If you understand IT, networking, and service management and business development and relationship management is your forte', this may be your next career home!

Your responsibilities at Enertron will include:

• Cross-selling and upselling services and solutions to existing accounts.
• Conducting presentations showcasing Enertron's service and capabilities.
• Develop proposals, quotes, and respond to RFP/RFI's.
• Manage service proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements.
• Perform sales procedures in ConnectWise.
• Achieve and maintain positive rapport.
• Provide superior customer service.

​Qualifications:

• Outside sales experience.
• Customer management and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge and understanding and background in Information Technologies.
• Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively to bring solutions in a timely fashion.
• High energy and high drive toward goals.
• Strong project management skills
