Guaranteed 1st year earnings of $31,000+ with monthly performance incentives up to an additional $16,800 a year!

Our Inbound Call Center agents work with potential customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth rental/reservation process – Handling all sales/inquiry inbound calls.

Duties and responsibilities

· Match available inventory and products to the needs of customer who call us.

· Work with new and existing customers to answer all questions and provide an exceptional customer experience.

· Work with the field operations team to coordinate services and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

· Have 1– 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment.

· Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently.

· Have a passion for customer satisfaction!

· High School Diploma or GED

· Type 30 WPM or more

· Possess the poise and maturity to maintain harmonious relationships among peers and with internal and external customers.

· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Maintain weekend and holiday availability as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

· Guaranteed year one salary of $31,200.

· Monthly incentives of up to $16,800 per year.
