- Answering all incoming calls
- Entering calls on the daily call log
- Enter data from PO’s into Moraware
- Directing all calls to the proper department within 1 minute of receiving call
- Checking HD portal notes and delivering to proper department
- Answer all HD portal notes by end of day
- Down load all sketches into Moraware
- Sort through all incoming faxes
- Preform all duties within regularly scheduled work day 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to multi task and remain organized.
- Experience in Quickbooks and Excel required
