Job Description
We are looking for a customer service associate in a jewelry store. Knowledge of jewelry is helpful, but is not required. Customer service experience is important. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, selling jewelry, helping customers with jewelry repair, communicating between goldsmiths and customers, ordering parts and supplies, managing deliveries. Changing watch batteries, ear piercing, and many other functions needed in the sale of jewelry.
