Does this sound like a team you would like to be a part of?What we are Looking for:Stoneridge Software is seeking a sharp and highly motivated individual to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics Small & Medium Business team serving our Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, and Dynamics 365 Business Central clients needs related to Azure, O365, Active Directory and Networking as a Technical Consultant.This person would be responsible for leading our clients through configuration, migration, and setup, specifically with deployment & support of ERP installations hosted on Azure.

Our ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in Azure, O365 and the Dynamics Platform which will be used in performing their tasks.A Day in the Life: Provide input and advice regarding hosting capabilities and functions to client organizations currently leveraging Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft SQL Server. Provide lead role in the Dynamics NAV and Dynamics GP transition to hosted solutions and on-going support & maintenance. Serve as point person for maintenance (proactive) and support (reactive) for hosted clients on Azure.

Field and resolve client support cases related to Azure and O365. Participate in company initiatives (functional and technical analysis, documentation, and development, etc.). Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers businesses.

Partner with Account Management and Client Services Professionals to recommend/outline hosting offerings and recommendations for clients interested in transitioning from an on-prem to hosted solution.Preferred Qualifications Azure virtual machines, storage and backups Azure site recovery Azure SQL, ADFS and SharePoint O365 Exchange (online & on prem.) O365 SharePoint (online & on prem.) O365 SharePoint development O365 Teams O365 PowerApps & Flow Microsoft Azure Solution Architect Certification Proven communication skills: oral and written Ability to exercise independent judgement required in setting priorities of tasks among multiple assigned projects Ability to respond to software problems remotely effectively and promptly Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to investigate error messages and determine resolution Basic ERP functionality related to Sales Order processing, Purchase Order processing, Inventory & Bill of Material Manufacturing & Project Accounting a plus! Microsoft Dynamics Certifications a plus!Required Qualifications Experience working with Transact SQL, Database Backup / Recovery Experience working with some combinations of the following software applications / programs: GP 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018 NAV 2009, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018 Dynamics 365 Business Central (on-prem & SaaS) Azure Office 365 SQL Server Reporting Services Performance monitoring and tuning Cloud migrationsTravel Required: Incumbent is expected to meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked
