Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides initial and ongoing psychosocial assessments.

What qualifications you will need:

• Master’s Degree in related field of study (MS, MA, MSW, MOT) including but not limited to: Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Activities Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Addiction Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counseling.

• Equivalent of one year successful activity therapy in BH setting or 2 years occupational therapy in a healthcare setting.

• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers through American Red Cross (AHA and military certifications accepted) required upon hire.
• Crisis Prevention Institute is required within 30 days of hire.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
