Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Tutta Bella Culinary Innovation HUB in the SODO neighborhood of Seattle.

The Sales Operations Coordinator works as an integral part of our sales team and has a deep understanding of the products that Tutta Bella brings to our growing customer base.

The role of the Sales Operations Coordinator is to partner with our retail teams to increase sales and revenue for Tutta Bella. Their work is key to our understanding, measuring and forecasting the growth of Tutta Bella’s retail business; taking daily action to drive our sales; and ensuring our operations team are able to source, manufacture and deliver our products to customers on a daily basis.

The Sales Operations Coordinator will specialize in mining and visualizing the data that Tutta Bella generates as part of its retail sales business to reveal new and valuable insights. These insights will inform critical business decisions.

What We Are Offering:

  • Starting annual salary of $68,000 to $85,000 based on experience.
  • This position is full time and FSLA exempt.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Superb collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and be flexible.
  • Experience in retail or wholesale environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage ordering models that deliver requested order quantities for key accounts and grow sales while minimizing shrink.
  • Compile, analyze, and visualize sales and production data to provide key insights into sales and production forecasting.
  • Be a subject matter expert on how products are ordered, received, slotted, picked, and transported.
  • Provide analysis of sales performance and other key metrics to our Retail Sales team and company leadership.
  • Coordinate with our marketing team on how to measure successful campaigns and work with our operations and supply chain team to keep production and inventory running smoothly.
  • Assist with SKU rationalization and new item setup.
  • Support sales forecasting and reporting to support ordering and development processes.
  • Assist with customer and product setup and onboarding.
  • Proactively communicate potential inventory issues to the sales team.
  • Check for returns, customer shorts, and leftover products and work with the sales team to create and implement solutions.
  • Manage data sources and ensure the integrity of the data informing retail division business decisions.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with our sales, operations and distribution teams to support overall retail division success.
  • Assist sales team with customer needs, administrative tasks, and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors, customers and fellow employees.
  • All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality.
  • Other tasks and special projects as assigned by the sales team leader.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly without undue strain.
  • Must be able to view illuminated screens for up to 4 hours at a time and work with telephones, computers, and other electronic office equipment.
  • This position requires repetitive hand and wrist motion.

Work Environment:

This position will primarily work in an open office setting but will also require limited work in a warehouse environment. This position is in-person, but a hybrid arrangement may be possible in the future.

This position is based at Tutta Bella’s Support Office in the SODO neighborhood of Seattle and requires minimal travel.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have proficiency with the English Language.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States of America (USA).
