Our Sales Development Program Internship is focused on transforming college students into skilled technology influencers. You’ll work on high-value projects and initiatives for a Fortune 100 company that shapes the future of everything from connectivity to entertainment. As an intern in our Sales Development Program, you’ll spend 10 weeks working on challenging projects that give you a glimpse into each of the roles below.
Technical Business Managers
As a technical business manager, you will guide our transformation and growth by leading technical projects, managing operations, creating process improvement and M&Ps (methods and procedures), assessing solutions, managing vendor relationships, documenting software requirements or user stories, leading Scrum teams of developers, technicians, or small portfolios comprised of network elements, data stores or media. You may have supervisory responsibility for non-management employees or lead groups of peers in achieving team goals/milestones. You will communicate with all levels of management and leadership and must be able to translate technical details into common terms, as well as preparing oral, written, and visual communications. You may also be responsible for preparing business cases, managing budgets, and financials, or acting as a liaison in multi-team settings.

We are looking for someone of integrity, with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and leadership, both internal and external. We value results-driven self-starters with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary environments throughout cross-functional teams. You’ll also need to be naturally curious about the many innovations being fostered at Stone Rose Management every day and be a lifelong learner.
