Executive Admin Position (College Park, Orlando)

We are seeking a part time Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will provide specific,
detailed marketing and administrative support to the owner of the company, a Certified Financial Planner™. This
position will be based out of College Park-Orlando, FL, office.


This position is approved as Part Time without eligibility for benefits. This position does provide the potential for
professional growth with the company. Rate of pay is $15/ hour. The position allows some flexibility in its schedule,
although some core hours will need to be maintained and it will be scheduled between 28-30 hours per week. Please

The Executive and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Providing marketing assistance to the owner:
  • Assisting with all aspects of web based marketing and social media
  • Preparing and assembling marketing material for prospect and client meetings
  • Managing marketing campaigns using client and prospect date within our CRM (Redtail)
  • Providing administrative assistance to the owner
  • Processing new business applications using data in Redtail and LazerApp
  • Storing client and compliance documents using secure web based storage technology
  • Preparing client reviews
  • Performing client service functions such as requests for funds, beneficiary and address changes
  • Communicating and working closely with Broker Dealer and Vendor home office personnel
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments
  • Contacting clients as needed to perform marketing and administrative duties
  • Strong attention to details
  • Providing general office support
  • Producing and tracking various monthly reports
  • Making photocopies, faxing, scanning, emailing documents and performing other clerical functions
  • Answering phones as needed


Qualifications - To perform this position successfully, candidates should possess:

  • HS Diploma
  • 2 or more years of Financial Services experience in an administrative and marketing setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with cloud-based storage
  • Ability to multi-task on several different projects, independently and as a team, while remaining flexible and
    servicing both internal and external clients
  • Customer service focus with the ability to express empathy, maintain confidentiality, and utilize sound
    independent judgment and discretion
  • Attention to detail in work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy


Desired Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • Insurance or Securities Licenses
  • Experience with Redtail or other CRM, LazerApp, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Circle of Wealth, Spending
    Game, Sugarsync, Dropbox, Publisher, Investigo, Join Me or other web meeting application
