DescriptionABOUT STIOStio is a mountain apparel brand that designs, develops and sells beautiful, functional, and innovative apparel infused with the soul of the mountain lifestyle.With headquarters in Jackson, Wyoming, Stio draws inspiration from the surrounding Teton Range and offers product via Stio.com, catalog and its three Mountain Studio retail locations in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Park City, Utah, and Boulder, Colorado.YOUR ROLEThe Retention Marketing Manager (RMM) works with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute on Stio's retention marketing strategy.The RMM will focus on retention across customer touchpoints including direct mail, email, social, web, SMS and others.The RMM will lead conceptualization, execution, testing, reporting and analysis across lifecycle channels.This role work with agency and platform partners to set the short and long term strategy and vision for lifecycle channels at Stio.Additionally, the RMM will work as... a project manager for cross-functional work streams across all channels.You will prioritize projects in Asana and Basecamp - our workflow project management tools - and keep stakeholders accountable to deliverables and deadlines.The Retention Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESWork with Performance Marketing team and agency partners to set and achieve marketing goals by channelPull data, create reports, and analyze retention metrics to optimize, identify red flags and scale effortsContinually identify unique opportunities to engage our customers along their journey to increase LTV and customer sentiment while reducing churnOwn end-to-end testing and the optimization of the customer journey, including initial concept, execution, analysis and reporting of resultsCollaborate with brand marketing and merchandising resources to drive the marketing calendar, messaging, audience selection and community managementCollaborate with our business intelligence / analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards to track and optimize retention marketing metricsCollaborate with creative, sales and product marketing teams to develop and deliver a portfolio of multi-channel, automated lifecycle marketing programs that could include email, webinars, SMS, direct mail, social media, paid mediaEnsure Stio is using the best technology to drive customer engagement through automated campaigns, personalization, data segmentation, list development, etc.Project manage both short and long term projects across internal teams and external partners.Maintain an organized process, keeping stakeholders up to date with progress.Additional duties as assignedCommitment to our company mission, vision, and valuesYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE2 + years of performance marketing experience in a Direct to Consumer, retail or agency environmentBachelor's degree required or greater preferredProficiency in marketing automation technology and project management toolsProactive, analytical and goal oriented with tremendous focus on e-commerce and acquisition marketing KPI'sProven ability to prioritize work volume, complete projects according to outlined scope and timelineProficient writer, copy proofer and editor with excellent attention to detailExcellent critical thinking skills and analysis skillsStrong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google productsTHE FINE PRINTMust be able to work in a stationary position 50% - 75% of the work dayMedical, dental and vision plansCompany paid long term disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program401k with matchGenerous paid time off policiesGear test, perks, and moreThis job description is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, we reserve the right to revise the job or to require that other or different tasks be performed.S
