The Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Analyst is responsible for creating and delivering value by automating business processes and supporting our NetSuite ERP to support our growth. The main responsibility of this position is to partner directly with our Stio teams to evaluate, implement, maintain, and manage our Procure to Pay business processes and solutions.

In addition to NetSuite, the P2P Business Analyst role will be responsible for integrations and basic feature/functionality understanding of existing and future Procure to Pay solutions.
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - Centric
  • Product Information Management (PIM) - Evaluating solutions and plan to implement in 2022
  • Inventory Planning - Evaluating solutions and plan to implement in 2022
  • AP Automation / Expense Management - Evaluating solutions and plan to implement in 2022
  • Procure to Pay - NetSuite

The P2P Business Analyst reports to the VP of Technology and works closely with other Technology team members, Stio employees, and our Technology partners. This is a great position with the opportunity to combine technical expertise and learn business processes across Stio’s Product, Inventory Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams with touches into Marketing, Sales, and Retail.

Your Responsibilities
  • Meet with Stio teams to define business requirements and goals
  • Facilitate discussions internally and externally to understand issues, troubleshoot, and gather requirements
  • Lead, own, and deliver NetSuite ERP related projects within the defined timeline, budget, and quality
  • Automate new business processes and improve existing ones
  • Document and develop high level business process flows, requirements, and design documents
  • Manage implementation partners
  • Make configuration enhancements on Netsuite and other solutions to meet business requirements
  • Stay current with NetSuite and other solutions latest releases. Review new features and functionalities with business teams.
  • Assist in creating reports, saved searches, dashboards for business needs
  • Identify criteria and test new functionality and enhancements
  • Provide training to end users and other Technology team members

Your Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field; or equivalent experience required
  • 5 years Technical/Project experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Documentation
  • 3+ years Business Analyst experience
  • 2+ years NetSuite Administrator
  • NetSuite Certification desirable
  • Java scripting, SQL, Advanced Excel skills desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay process and other solutions in addition to NetSuite, as mentioned above
  • Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies
  • Excellent leadership and project delivery skills
  • Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in high pressure situations
  • Comfortable and efficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
  • Experience with other software, such as Communication(Slack), Project/Ticket Management (Asana), eCommerce (Shopify), B2B (NuOrder), Middleware (Celigo), Returns (Narvar), Tax (Avalara)
