Job Description

Duties:

  • Answer multi-line phones, provide attended transfer to 20 extensions, screen cold calls.
  • Greet employees and visitors with a smile,
  • Encourage visitors to sign guest book, wash hands, wear masks
  • Require visitors to wear safety glasses in the shop, and manage front desk glasses supply
  • Instant message in Microsoft Teams
  • Update contact information in and email via GoldMine customer database
  • Print, stuff, & stamp envelopes
  • Scan, file, print documents
  • Assemble final customer document packets and new employee training binders
  • Assist with new employee orientation, other basic human resources tasks
  • Manage timecards, report temp workers’ time
  • Enter data in Excel, maintain spreadsheets
  • Receive sort, open, and distribute mail
  • Update emergency contacts list and distribute
  • Clean, restock, and reorder for First Aid Box
  • Inventory, requisition, compare prices, and order office supplies
  • Receive requests for, evaluate inventory of, and submit requisitions, place orders
  • Receive and organize office supplies inventory
  • Change printer toner cartridges and refill paper supply trays
  • Compose policies/procedures, create/revise forms, proofread/edit documents
  • Prepare new washer sales orders per purchase orders / contracts / terms & conditions
  • Match invoices with packing lists, other basic accounting tasks
  • Prepare R&D tax credit documents, box files at year end
  • Assist with other special projects as necessary

How to stand out:

  • College degree preferred
  • Small business / manufacturing environment experience
  • Mathematical, mechanical, &/or electrical aptitude
  • Website development &/or marketing
  • Basic foreign language skills

8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F                                        Hourly $14-17 to start

Welders possess superior skills to produce continuous, uniform, well-rooted, & water-proof seams.

Electricians install sensors, control systems, & heating, pumping, & motor systems to create the lifeblood of each parts washer. To ensure the best quality, all of our team members evaluate & test their products as they work. Quality Controllers provide an additional assurance of meeting standards. Administrators handle many business functions.

We use hand tools, saw, drill, mill, lathe, punch, iron worker, Pulse Welders, Accu Shear, a new Cincinnati ProForm+ 230 ton Press Brake, & a new Machitech 6'x12' Plasma Table. We do not subcontract manufacturing. We're not an assembly shop & we do not have an assembly line.
