Claims Administrative Call center

We are seeking individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills who will provide excellent customer service to our Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents and lenders via in-bound telephone calls and electronic communications. In addition, this position will also provide administrative support to our claims department.
Prior customer service and P & C insurance experience, preferred.
Spanish/Bi-lingual skills, a plus.
The hours for this position will be dependent upon the office location where you will report.
· Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or equivalent, one to three months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Proficient on database software, internet software, spreadsheet and word processing software.
o Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
o Acute attention to detail.
o Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
o Strong interpersonal skills.
o Demonstrated ability for basic math skills, including compute rates and percentages and interpret bar graphs.
o Commitment to excellent customer service.
o Strong PC knowledge and key boarding skills.
o Flexibility is a must.
· Office Locations:
o Jacksonville: Newly remodeled office near I-95 and JTB – convenient to shopping and dining.
o Omaha: Office located near I-80 - convenient to shopping and dining.
o Santa Barbara: Office located in Goleta.
o Jericho: Office is located on Long Island in office park with convenient parking.
