Stillman Law Office is a Collections Law Firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, specializing in creditor representation throughout the United States.
As part of the Firm’s ongoing commitment to compliance and best-level service, we are adding a Client Service Representative to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and or client representatives in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
- Business Data processes and maintenance
- Report generation and analysis
- Communicating with consumers and or consumer representatives in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
Skills and Abilities:
- Capable of meeting firm and individual goals, while adhering to ethical consumer interaction processes
- Work in a team environment while maintaining personal excellence
- Strong written and oral communication skills and detail oriented
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high-volume deadline driven environment
- Strong work ethic
Education:
- Associates degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with a law firm or legal department a plus
- Familiarity with CMR or other data base software for the collection industry a plus
