Security Officer at Sticky Rice

Sticky Rice is a sushi restaurant/bar in Richmond, VA. We are looking for several door person/security officers to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 2232 W Main St. in the Fan.
Pay starts at $15/hour as well as a cash tipout from the bar.
Hours are typically 10PM-3AM and both part-time and full-time positions are available.
You get a free meal every shift as well as a 50% employee discount all other times.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and secure environment and maintain the correct capacity
- Check Identification
- Direct clientele to intended destination
- Asses and act upon threats or deviant behavior accordingly
- De-escalate any issues that may arise
- Help clean floors and take out trash at bar close
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in a security field
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic
