Steve Brown Apartments is looking for a hardworking, reliable, customer-service focused maintenance professional who enjoys working hard and having fun at work to lead our maintenance team!

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team for our Lucky, Regent and Suburb portfolios. They will assist with daily work order assignments as well as performing routine, preventative, emergency and remodeling maintenance on assigned buildings. They will manage budgets and work closely with the Regional Community Manager. The position is extremely valuable in terms of leadership, technical skills and direct customer service. Our staff must be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.

Hours of Work:Full Time Downtown Madison and Suburbs: Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. with on-call rotation. You must respond to on call maintenance within 30 minutes.

Qualifications:A candidate must hold a valid driver's license and have previous maintenance and leadership experience. Technical certifications are preferred, and customer service skills are a must!
