We have grown a lot in our first 4 years and have an incredible opportunity for somone who loves personal growth, leadership, and is entrepreneurial. Vision/ Plan

• We are building out this plant to be our ideal model for how we can carry out our mission in more communities across the US. We want to bring a transformational workplace culture to more communities and I desire as the CEO to have a plant manager who can help create the structures and processes that we will multiply. This person has an opportunity for becoming a COO/ Integrator for the CEO as we complete our current strategic Vision.
