TWO-USA is an internationally established leader within the Window Furnishings Industry. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with outstanding customer service, excellent organizational skills and a drive to push sales targets and expand into new territories to join our team in Carrollton, TX.
The Inside Sales person will focus on new customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities
· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
· Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
· Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
· Answering client questions and follow-up call questions
· Actively push sales into new territories & distribution networks
· Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Inside Sales Requirements and Qualifications
· Window furnishings industry experience highly preferred, but not required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
· Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
· Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
· Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
Salary is $50K - 55K, PLUS commission; DOE
