Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement systems and procedures (SOPs) into the Supply Chain Process

  • Lead, guide, and direct supply chain team

  • Work closely with production and purchasing to ensure OTD to the customer by getting raw material on time to meet production schedule and final product is shipped out on time

  • Manage and improve shipping and receiving

  • Accountable for inventory management and accuracy, consignment programs, and cycle counts

  • Identify root cause of problems, find solutions and implement sustainable corrective actions

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term inventory management plans

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • SAP Experience, SAP Super User preferred

  • Experience managing supply chain / materials logistics for manufacturing organization

  • Experience working in high volume, fast paced manufacturing / supply chain

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Proven experience developing and implementing progressive, metric based, world-class Supply Chain System in Manufacturing organization
