Responsibilities include:

  • Support New Product Launch by performing APQP and making PPAP Submissions

  • Identify root cause of production / quality issues and implement a permanent corrective action

  • Face of our company to our valuable customers. Ensuring all quality requirements are met, addressing any concerns the customer may have, and guarantee excellent customer satisfaction

  • Work in cross functional teams with Customers, Quality, Manufacturing Engineers, Product Introduction including tooling, R&D, and Operations to ensure a high-quality product is delivered on-time and according to customer specifications

  • Develop and improve methods of communicating with customers


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with formalized problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, fish-bone diagrams, SPC etc.

  • Experience working in the automotive industry and strong understanding of IATF 16949 standards (or previous TS 16949 standards)

  • Experience working with customers
