If you answer yes, then you could be our next marketing manager! We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing department. This role owns the marketing and communications for the company and reports to the Business Strategy Manager.

Job Duties: Team Management: Manage marketing department and oversee delegation and layout of team. Edit work and coach to maintain high level of content created.Tactical Strategy: Owns the development of the tactical marketing strategy for our company s brand and product lines from ideation to execution and reporting; ensures it ties into the marketing and sales strategy for the organization.Market Intelligence: Know our competitors and how we fit into the market and competitive landscape. Know our customers, how they buy and why they buy to create meaningful marketing programs that attract and convert our prospects and maintain relationships with our customers.

Seek to be the expert in our products and know how they meet customer needs.Content Management: Build, execute, and evolve content strategy, including but not limited to blogs, videos, social media, print and digital advertisement design, public relations, ebooks/white papers, case studies, emails, newsletters, and more.Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree in related field and 3+ years of marketing campaign experienceExperience in marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) preferredStrong writing and storytelling skillsPackaging industry or machinery industry experience a plus, but not necessaryManagement experience preferred, but not necessaryExperience with WordPress a plus, but not necessaryAbility to manage multiple projects at a time in a fast changing, evolving environmentAbility to delegate to team members and grow their capabilities Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information
