Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.  You will be the first person to greet and speak with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Inventory information received from client
  • Assist in various areas, input, filing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
