Insurance Sales Representative $17 Hr Base + Commission

We are seeking a confident, energetic and driven individual to be part of our expanding team. As an insurance sales representative you will build and develop client relationships and pursue prospects in need of insurance.
As a producer for the agency you will receive a great base rate with the opportunity to receive commissions and bonuses as you hit your production numbers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver amazing customer experiences that create lasting relationships
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
