Retail Sales Supervisors @ MSY Airport

Stellar Partners is looking for Sales Supervisors for our stores at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Our Sale Supervisors play an integral role in the success of our stores, by assisting management with all day-to-day operations.

*Full Time ** Must be available on Weekends**

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times
• Perform opening/closing of the store procedures – accurately complete cash counts and related reports
• Resolve customer concerns with customer satisfaction in mind
• Operate sales transaction POS systems and accurately manage receipts
• Partner with leadership to help efficiently operate the store
• Stock & restock merchandise throughout the shift; maintain a neat appearance throughout the sales floor
• Monitor all associate performance and provide feedback
• Participate in quarterly inventory counts

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years retail experience with keyholder responsibilities
• Experience in handling POS systems & cash bank deposits
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & stand for duration of scheduled shift
• Maintain dependable and punctual attendance
• Flexible availability that may include nights, weekends or holidays
