In this role as the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will support and be the right hand executive administrative business partner to the CEO at the highest level, who has responsibility for overseeing all operations of this global, publicly held Company. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Extensive calendar management Extensive detailed travel planning and coordination, both domestic and international, commercial and private jet travel Meeting and event scheduling and coordination, executing project plans Creating internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO Process Executive invoices and expense reports Document and presentation design and development, and a variety of other special assignments Board of Director support in partnership with the General Counsel Providing leadership back-up support to other C-Suite executive administrative team Supervisory responsibility to a C-Suite Executive Assistant DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Independently handles administrative duties and projects to include, but are not limited to, composing general and executive correspondence, conducting research, and preparing reports Supports the APi Group Board of Directors through communication, calendaring, preparation and delivery of Board materials; organizes all aspects of in-person Board of Director meetings Availability to CEO during hours coinciding with international business as needed or requested, including emergencies Facilitates technology and materials for Earnings Calls and Annual Shareholder Meeting Coordinates investor and analyst meetings and materials Oversees the corporate travel program, charter program and corporate jet usage Act as CEO Administrative “thought partner” and communication air traffic controller Works with the CEO on charitable requests and events Provides support for the CEO's outside Board commitments ELT Meeting planning, and participation including minute taking Effectively handles complex calendar management and meeting and event scheduling Coordinates executive meetings by confirming meeting room availability gathering attendees' availability and / or making travel arrangements Plans CEO's corporate events to include site selection, correspondence, presentations, catering, travel, entertainment, welcome gifts Proofreads and reviews correspondence, reports, and marketing materials Develops and maintains procedures to ensure administrative duties and projects are completed in an efficient manner and within given deadlines.
