As Events and Community Marketing Coordinator, you'll manage all efforts to support our events strategy and community building efforts. In this role, you will support our fast-growing partnerships program, brand ambassador strategy, and independent agents channel. This role requires someone who enjoys travel and partnering across teams. You'll be a member of the marketing team and report directly to the SVP of Marketing.
What You'll Do
- Event coordination, logistics and attendance for all key strategic events across the organization
- Create on-brand marketing collateral in support of events (swag, flyers, social media assets, email marketing, etc).
- Pre and post-event marketing campaigns to drive engagement and new partner inquiries
- Draft contributed content and social toolkits to assist partners in promoting the Steadily brand to their audience.
- Leverage partners as content authors for Steadily's brand channels - social, blog, email, etc.
- Day-to-day relationship management of brand ambassadors, including ongoing reporting, payouts tracking, and responses to correspondence.
- Work cross-functionally with the partnerships and independent agent teams on marketing amplification tactics, including: drip and nurture campaigns, webinar decks, marketing promotional materials, etc.

- Creative: You are comfortable translating brand guidelines into marketing collateral and come with fresh ideas on how to build buzz for community building efforts.
- Organized: You have a strong attention to detail and are comfortable managing multiple projects with complex logistics and competing deadlines.
- Savvy: You are a flexible marketer who is comfortable with a variety of digital tools and platforms, including: Figma, Webflow, eCRM and Marketing Tools, Salesforce, Social Media Platforms, and Performance and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, Mixpanel, etc). You appreciate a new challenge and are excited about rising to the task.
Compensation
- Starting salary of at least $60,000 per year.
