General Manager – Freehold, NJ

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required.

· You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Senior Operations position - with full responsibility for one or multiple facilities and every aspect within that facility which includes:

o P&L responsibility

o Labor Costs

o Accountability for several hundred employees

o Supplies

o Maintenance

o Materials

o Service Providers

· Lean Manufacturing Techniques are required

Must have previous experience in:

· Materials

· Procurement

· Inventory Management

· Production Scheduling

· Preventative Maintenance

· Warehousing

· Supply Chain

· Quality Safety

· Cost Control

· Packaging experience a plus.

KPI's measured include:

· Customer Order fill rate

· Financial Performance

· Labor Utilization

· Inventory Accuracy

· Other

Skills:

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and 5S

· Strategic and Tactical Planner

· Strong Customer Contact - Relationship Skills

· Strong Continuous Improvement background

· Strong Mentor - Trainer - Coach

· Bilingual Spanish a plus
