Job Description The general purpose of this position is to provide the Company with human resource support in the areas of payroll, employment, employee insurance, training, and employee drug testing. The additional purpose of this position is to provide the Company with support in carrying out the day-to-day general office needs in response to upper management requests.
1.      Oversees the HR functions for the facility to including hiring, personnel-file management, regulatory compliance, etc.
2.      Guide new hires through the onboarding process. Document and track drug screening as well as background checks.
3.      Manage employee insurance.
4.      Oversee attendance and timecards of employees.
5.      Assist with payroll processing.
6.      Track and maintain employee training records.
7.      Manage all front and back-office tasks, including daily operations of the clinic, managing both employee and patient relations, performance management, and achieving operational goals
8.      Achieve revenue goals by overseeing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and treatment planning coordination.
9.      Assist with compliance (Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other local, state, and federal regulations.)
10.  Oversight and entry of client billing process.
11.  Order supplies and ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner.
12.  Coordinate contracts and assist with employment of independent contractors.
13.  Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly meetings as needed
14.  Other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned
Jon Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required.
Knowledge of medical terminology and an ability to accurately record payable's, receivables, collections and data related to operations of the facility.
Five (5) years of Business Office experience preferred with at least two (2) of those years involving healthcare office management. One (1) year of experience in a billing practice including exposure to verification, certification, authorization, managed care, revenue capture and relationship building with payers.
Experience in Human Resource Management and./or Payroll preferred
Excellent oral and written communication; ability to perform routine numerical calculations for compiling various reports; and ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in all interpersonal contact
Excellent computer skills - must be highly experienced and proficient in MS Excel and Word with the ability to learn new software systems
