Job Summary
To provide a stress-free scheduling experience for our customers by using excellent communication and organizing their appointments to meet their needs. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Professionally administer all incoming calls.
- Provide support for sales and technical staff.
- Correspond with field techs to ensure schedule is on time.
- Update, data enter and maintain records in our vault system.
- Data entry, invoicing, and reporting, assist with the monthly billing process.
- Provides support and back up to the administrative assistant team as needed.
- Participates in special projects and performs other office duties as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Participate in evening or weekend support when needed
- Work well both independently and as a member of a high-performance team
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines and schedules
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Must have knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
Bonus Points for:
- Spanish speaking
- Experience working with FileMaker Pro
- Knowledge of the energy field

Working Conditions
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Must be able to sit and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
