Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and helpful manner and be able to transfer to appropriate agent
- Make outbound calls to clients as requested
- Clean up and maintain management databases
- Daily remittance process including taking deposits to the bank
- Provide exceptional customer service including completing client requests and delegation to a sales agent when sales opportunities arise
- Embrace change and multi task while maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements
- Able to work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Previous work experience in customer service, marketing, promotions in the banking or restaurant industry
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up in a busy office atmosphere
- Must be efficient in Word & Excel
- Be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days of employment
