Part-Time Office Assistant - Contract

One of our clients in Redwood City is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to assist their team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Reception Desk - Greeting and welcoming guests
  • Manage mail deliveries and outgoing mail
  • Keep overall office tidy, organized and well-stocked
  • Coordinating weekly on-site company lunches
  • Assist run company events (e.g. happy hours, offsite events, etc.)
  • Respond to general requests for office support (buying supplies, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with vendors (Staples, Instacart, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Excellent written & Verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate internally
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Polished, professional with a positive can-do attitude
