Job Description

Administrative Assistant


$20-$25/hr DOE

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, a self-starter, and highly motivated to get the work done efficiently.


· Answering a multi-line telephone system and directing incoming calls, take service requests and resolve problems

· Greet visitors and respond promptly to customer inquiries

· Complete invoices/billing for completed work

· Scheduling appointments and pick-ups/preparing packages

· Updating and inputting customer information

· Prepare job proposals, change orders and other documents as directed

· General administrative duties using Word, Excel and QuickBooks

· Material and supply ordering

Minimum Qualifications:

· 1+ years of administrative support experience

· 1+ years of customer service experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Friendly, positive with a high level of professionalism

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Quickbooks experience (preferred)
