Who YOU are:
At least one year of experience in a high volume Call Center; financial institution experience preferred
High School diploma
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll do:
Meet service levels and response time objectives of phone calls, emails, and other communication levels.
Ensure that all interactions with members and prospective members are handled professionally, accurately and with high quality performance standards.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing and future products and delivery standards.
Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services, and able to analyze a member’s profile to effectively promote these products and services.
Provide administrative support on special assignments which require independent thinking and judgment.
Possess excellent conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work as a member of a team, as well as independently, to meet goals and objectives.
Adhere to Customer Identification Policy (CIP), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Provide information and education necessary to assist the member in making decisions regarding their current and possible banking needs.
Provide support and direction for others in the department to ensure a high level of service.
Ability to work occasional Saturdays
