Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist current customers answering their questions and concerns about products and services. Your overall goal will be to retain customers and expand business by providing excellent service in a professional and consultative manner.

Your specific duties in this Customer Service Representative role will include:

  • Conducts face-to-face outreach and enrollment services
  • Assists Owner with meetings
  • Maintains positive relationships with brokers
  • Raises issues of concern in sales strategy
  • Reviews enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness in submissions.
  • Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria.

Job Requirements
