If you have the ability to learn what the customer is looking for and tailor the pitch to that, you are the Customer Service Specialist we are looking for.
Day to Day Duties:
Work independently interacting with customers
Make sure your customer service skills translate into active customers
Recommend solutions to customers that are tailored and suit their situation
Make customer calls to answer questions about their account.
Manage, audit, balance daily schedule, and reporting.
Exceed company goals and expectations
Manage client expectations and delivery of targets
Full-time hours are available
