Administrative Assistant/HR Manager
Are you looking for a flexible part-time HR office position? Our premier client in Mequon, WI is looking for a qualified employee to join their team, immediately!
JOB TITLE:Administrative Assistant/HR Manager
LOCATION:Mequon, WI
SHIFT:1st shift; M-F; 20-25 hours per week
PAY:$16.00-$18.00 per hour
EDUCATION:High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:ERP experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with incoming phone calls & transferring calls
- Data entry in ERP system
- General office duties as required
- Booking meeting rooms, refreshments & lunches as required
- Purchasing office supplies and/or company products
- Assist with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- As needed, perform collection calls
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years' experience is preferred
- ERP experience is a plus!
