Job Description

90 day Temp-to-hire.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BILINGUAL SPANISH HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • MUST PASS 7-YEAR BACKGROUND CHECK AND 10-PANEL DRUG SCREEN
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least three (3) months of warehousing experience preferred;
  • Ability to drive a forklift a plus;
  • Ability to use warehouse tools;
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly;
  • Must present a positive and professional appearance;
  • Excellent customer service skills.

JOB DUTIES

  • Displays courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the community, customers and with the public;
  • Assists shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and checking in merchandise;
  • Reads customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped;
  • Uses forklift to load or unload materials in the facility;
  • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas;
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code;
  • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for internal customer traffic;
