Job Description

 Title: Senior IT Team Lead, Tiers 2 and 3 Help-desk.

Minimum/General Experience 

This position requires a minimum of five-year experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree. 

 

Functional Responsibilities

Responsible for providing high level functional and system expertise.  Provides system analysis, design, integration, implementation and documentation advice on complex tasks and projects.  Participates in all phases of study development which includes planning, analysis, documentation and presentation phases.  Oversees design and preparation of technical reports.  Performs project management duties.  Implements and performs quality assurance reviews and procedures.  Able to supervise and assist junior staff.
