Staffmax is hiring three email based Customer Service Representatives to work at our client's head office in Montreal.

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM, 8.5 hour shifts with ½ unpaid lunch
  • Term: 6 months with possible extension
  • Location: Montreal, QC
  • Wage: $18.00/hour plus vacation pay
  • Handling internal staff inquiries
  • All internal staff emails – no outside customers!

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a call centre or administrative setting
  • 1+ years' experience writing professional, customer centric emails
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • experience with PeopleSoft and ServiceNow an asset
  • Bilingual English and French both oral and written preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Must have no criminal record
  • Able to do in-office training and work in a hybrid environment
  • Can start by November 29th
