You'll assist with customer set up and issues with Home electronics from smart TVs, gaming consoles, home security devices, and any other wifi capable device!

Qualified applicants will have:

  • MINIMUM of 1 year Tech Support full time job experience or Technology Certificate

  • Ability to work full time

  • Schedules could be anywhere from

    6am to 11:30pm (may include weekends, holidays, etc.)

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Home electronics

  • Previous call center experience helpful

  • Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience

  • Comfortable upselling value added products
