Our automotive manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Technichian in Winchester, KY. You will work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment that produces automotive parts. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop valuable job skills for advancement.
About the Job:
Pay rate: $17.00 -$20.00/hour
Daily Job Duties:
High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree preferred).
At least 5 years related experience.
Non-destructive testing Level 1 certification preferred.
ASQ Certified Quality Technician status preferred.
Minimum of three years experience in dimensional layout inspection.
Minimum of two year experience programming and operating a three dimensional machine.
Ability to read blueprints.
Proficient in the use of SPC data and collection.
Fully understand non-destructive testing in relation to raw material, heat treatment and welding.
Computer literature in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Access) specifically for the purpose of developing reports and graphs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to train others.
Good organization skills.
