Looking for an experienced Planning Administrator to work at our Blue Ash facility!
The Supply Planning Administrator position partners with the Supply Planning team and performs daily and weekly tasks; this enables the Supply planning team to focus on short to long term finite scheduling and strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with the extended Supply Chain planning team and be accountable for the development and maintenance of business reports and processes that streamline supply chain activities. Key deliverables will include using, generating, and possibly creating planning tools through the use of queries, macros, and extracting and manipulating large data sets (strong Excel skills) from the ERP. The successful candidate will be able to standardize and document improved processes related to reports and data analysis tools. Candidates should have strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; task prioritization.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate standard daily reports using intermediate skills of Excel and the ERP.
- Generate system rework schedules for the Ops team per documented standard.
- Use desktop tool to re-create schedules.
- Review of standard reports and communication of inventory status.
- Responsible for system parameters and data integrity.
- Use planning analysis tools in order to support creating of new schedules.
- May be asked to document standard work.
- Other duties as assigned by supervision.
