Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices and appliances located in Ridgefield Park, NJ. 


RESPONSIBILITIES
The Research Manager of Digital Insights and Analytics assists on uncovering consumer and shopper insights using digital / social data. S/he is responsible in executing analytical-driven research and analytics of assigned projects that provide thought leadership learnings and actionable insights in supporting Corporate Marketing, Product Planning, Go-to-Market, and Launch activations
This manager position supports all Categories and its relevant digital functions and reports into Digital, Social Insights Lead within Consumer and Shopper Insights Organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full scope of assigned research and analytics projects; triage ad hoc requests as business needs arise including:
o Social Listening voice-of-the consumer
o Creative learnings from social campaigns and best-in-class examples in the marketplace
o Engagement analysis to see what was driving entry into the consumer engagement journey and related desired actions
o ‘Flash Reports’ based on competitor activity and breaking news relevant to the company
o Social Media Deep Dive studies that help the company understand emerging channels, consumer expectations and behaviors
o Competitive benchmarking to understand te company’s strengths and opportunities
• Partner with key stakeholders to deeply understand the business issues and specific questions to address
• Train colleagues on how to use existing tools, dashboards and alert functionality
• Work alongside CSMI colleagues to layer in social analytics as part of the business overall learning agenda for the year
• Help evaluate and recommend tools for the business to invest
• Manage the current tool infrastructure to insure the company can capture relevant information in a timely manner
• Delivery strong insights and recommendations
• Develop and align with marketing leads on social KPIs that can be used to measure campaign success and brand health online
• Support ad hoc requests
• Work with HQ counterparts to share insights and suggest best practices

• Highly Collaborative Personal Attitude

Basic Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in marketing or business or related fields, advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of digital and social analytics & reporting experience
• Primary research design, questionnaire development and analytics competency
• Familiar with key research and data analytics tools (eg. Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon, Brandwatch,
BrandTotal) and able to use them for questionnaire programming, data analytics and reporting
• Mix of research agency and brand side experience preferred
• Some technology industry research experience preferred
• Some digital marketing and website research experience strongly preferred
