Job Description
Minimum 2-5 years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Will have  a brief introductory period on 1st shift for familiarization and to satisfy required training.      

Responsible for the completion of directed project work through constriction and /or installation of systems both electrical and mechanical

Assist with maintenance repair and improvement of facility equipment, machinery and building. In  addition, assist with the development of efficient parts inventory systems.

Sheet Metal Fabrication and Machining:
  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, packaging machines
  • PLC systems, forklifts, metal abrasive equipment
  • Design and fabricate equipment for production lines
  • Welding TIG /MIG and ability to weld aluminum
Electrical :
  • Proficient in AC/DC motors
  • Motor controllers
  • Test equipment
Mechanical:
  • Proficient in welding such as MIG/TIG . ARC
  • Proficient in fabrication for equipment upgrades
  • Experience in the troubleshooting and repair of :
  • Chains
  • Sprockets
  • Gear Boxes
  • Bearings
  • Shafts
  • Pumps

2nd shift hours 3pm to 11:30PM M-F
