Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Import Department of a company located in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Track and trace, and updates the status of air import shipments, coordinating with customs brokerage, inputting data, and dispatching deliveries.
- Retrieve shipment details, handle all documentation for cargo release and data entry for each shipment.
- Communicate with ground handling and trucking company to handle shipments.
- Maintain smooth communication with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and vendors etc.
- Must have a good computer data entry skill. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, take initiative and achieve results.
