This person needs to be used to a fast-paced business.
Manufacturing experience necessary.
Needs to be a self-starter and a self motivator.
Must be able to communicate through a variety of mediums (in person, phone, and e-mails).
Excel, Word, Quick Books experience a must.
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of trailer equipment necessary.
Experience in Recreational Vehicle parts required.
Scheduling appointments for customers, coordinating with technicians and service manager for work to be performed on recreational vehicles, answering customer inquiries, create and process warranty authorizations and claims. Must be able to multi-task.

- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
