Shift: Mon - Fri (Overtime as needed)

8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Important Job Duties

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure the best possible results. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Managing a variety of accounts

  • Establishing account best practices

  • Providing customer service support

  • Resolving order discrepancies

  • Managing inventory and cycle counting

  • Additional tasks as needed

Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office products. Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and formulas). 5 years business experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
