Staffmark is currently seeking experienced Call Center professionals for direct hire positions at a large Credit Union in Beavercreek, OH. These positions are offering full and part time hours and you will qualify for amazing benefits upon hire.
Representatives will be responsible for:
Providing an excellent experience for members through engagement and knowledge, by phone and email.
Appropriately responding to member inquiries and concerns.
Have the ability to listen to and understand members concerns and financial needs.
Process members transactions including transfers, withdrawals, payments and credit/debit transactions.
Miscellaneous clerical/customer service duties.

Candidates must have a strong customer service and/or financial background. Call Center experience is preferred. Must have strong computer software and keyboarding skills and have the ability to multi-task under high pressure situations. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturdays.
