Staffmark is currently seeking experienced Call Center professionals for direct hire positions at a large Credit Union in Beavercreek, OH. These positions are offering full and part time hours and you will qualify for amazing benefits upon hire.

Representatives will be responsible for:

  • Providing an excellent experience for members through engagement and knowledge, by phone and email.

  • Appropriately responding to member inquiries and concerns.

  • Have the ability to listen to and understand members concerns and financial needs.

  • Process members transactions including transfers, withdrawals, payments and credit/debit transactions.

  • Miscellaneous clerical/customer service duties.

Candidates must have a strong customer service and/or financial background. Call Center experience is preferred. Must have strong computer software and keyboarding skills and have the ability to multi-task under high pressure situations. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturdays.
